Clicking on a chromosome brings up that chromosome with band overlay. Using the cursor, the operator cuts and pastes together each abnormal chromosome. The abnormal chromosome shown is a combination of chromosomes 10, 16, and 22. Inset, an example of the clinical information entered for a case.
