Argonaute proteins couple chromatin silencing to alternative splicing (RNA IP-Seq)

(Submitter supplied) While Argonaute (AGO) proteins play a major role in transcriptional gene silencing (TGS) in many organisms, their role in the nucleus of somatic mammalian cells remains elusive.
