CTCF binding in B cells and Plasmablasts

(Submitter supplied) The mammalian CCCTC-binding factor (CTCF) regulates gene expression through the formation of higher order chromatin structures. Recent evidence has implicated a role for CTCF in regulating gene expression in the human MHCII locus.
