LncRNA-dependent mechanisms of androgen receptor-regulated gene activation programs [GRO-seq I]

(Submitter supplied) While thousands of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are expressed in higher eukaryotes, the potential regulatory roles of lncRNAs in regulated gene transcription programs remain rather poorly understood.
