Small RNA Solexa sequencing of colorectal tumor and adjancent normal tissues

(Submitter supplied) A pair of stage III colorectal cancer (CRC) tumor and adjacent normal tissue were collected from a patient without Transcatheter Arterial Infusion chemotherapy (TAI) during surgical resection of CRC tumors. Another pair of stage III CRC tumor and adjancent normal tissue were collected from another patient who had been treated with TAI one week before surgical resection. Identifying microRNAs and their editing sites in Macaca mulatta

(Submitter supplied) MicroRNAs are small non-coding RNAs that are critical in post-transcriptional regulation. According to the latest miRBase (v22), there are 617 annotated pre-miRNAs in Macaca mulatta, which is much less than 1917 in human, although both of these two species are primates. microRNA-sequencing of inbred mouse strain hippocampus and frontal cortex
