Summary To evaluate the impact of ethanol treatment on neuronal cells, we examined the expression of SK-N-BE(2) neuronal cell line 24 h and 42 h after treating with 10 mM and 20 mM ethanol by RNA sequencing.
 
Overall design RNA-seq results from 4 replicates of SK-N-BE(2) cells with 0, 10 mM, and 20 mM ethanol harvest after 24 h and 42 h
