| Overall design |
Cells were grown without feeders and harvested. Comparisons were made to provide evidence of unique gene expression between the cell lines. Specifically, pre-implantation (ICM, epiblast and primitive endoderm, and trophoblast), as well as pre-implantation and post-implantation epiblasts.
