Title Transcriptome analysis of normal human lung fibroblasts (NHLFs) following TBX4 knockdown.

Summary TBX4 is a transcription factor unique to lung fibroblasts and is associated with super-enhancer. RNA-sequencing analysis on NHLFs following TBX4 knockdown revealed a broad array of genes possibly regulated by TBX4.
 
Overall design NHLFs were transfected with siRNAs for TBX4, and RNA-sequencing was performed using Illumina HiSeq.
