Data processing |
Illumina Casava1.8 software used for basecalling. Reads were aligned to hg19 human genome by Cellranger (v1.3.0). Raw count matrix was merged by CellrangerRkit (v1.1.0) and and formatted by writeMM function in Matrix (v1.2-10) genome build: hg19 processed data files format and content: Raw count matrix was formatted by mtx, and barcode and gene information was with tsv format.
