High fat diet effect on prostate: dorsolateral prostate lobe
Summary:
Analysis of dorsolateral prostate lobe from 8-week-old C57BL/6J males fed a high fat diet for 12 weeks. High fat diets are a risk factor for prostate cancer. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms by which high fat diet can promote carcinogenesis.
