(Submitter supplied) Endocrine therapy resistance remains a critical problem in the treatment of estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) breast cancer. Endocrine therapies target ERα via different modes of action. Drug resistance involves drug specific remodeling of the transcriptional and regulatory landscape.
