Manufacture protocol |
Microarray slides were printed at Engineering Arts LLC (Phoenix, AZ). BSA conjugates were noncontact printed on Schott type E slides (Schott North America, Inc., Elmsford, NY) using an Engineering Arts au301 Rainmaker microarray printer and dispensed at 100 ?g/mL in buffer (1:10 phosphate-buffered saline plus 0.005% vol/vol Triton X-100). Antigens were dispensed at 360 pL per spot to produce 140- to 160-?m diameter spots in triplicate. Relative humidity was maintained at 65%; slides were subjected to white light for 100% inline drop inspection. Printing was carried out in a HEPA-filtered environment at room temperature. Printed slides were stored at ?20 °C until use. Each slide contains 24 identical array containing 30 components printed in duplicate.
