Description
The complete array includes 384999 60-mer oligonucleotides. A total of 28,064 T. thermophila sequences from TIGR (http://www.tigr.org/tdb/e2k1/ttg/ ) including predicted protein-coding genes, non-protein-coding RNA and tRNA genes were used to construct high-density T. thermophila genome-wide oligonucleotide DNA microarrays. For each of the sequences, 13 or 14 unique 60-mer oligonucleotide probes were designed by NimbleGen Systems Design and gene description files (.ndf, .ngd) appended below as supplementary files.
