Title Identification of differentially expressed genes between control and miR-371~373 cluster-overexpressing colorectal cancer cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary The miR-371~373 cluster is a suspected repressor of colon cancer initiation and progression. To better understand its role in metastasis initiation, we used microarray expression analysis to identify potential target genes of this miRNA cluster
Potential target genes were defined as significantly downregulated genes after stable overexpression of the miR-371~373 cluster

Overall design We performed a stable overexpression of a control vector or a specific miR-371~373 cluster-containing vector in 2 different CRC spheroid cultures. Three technical replicates were used for each condition.
