Summary Microglia are the brain-resident myeloid cells of the parenchyma. We study the roles microglia play in response to virus infection.
 
Overall design We used microarrays to determine the gene expression profiles of FAC-sorted microglia from the naïve and infected mouse brain.
We used 4 mice in each group
