Title Transcriptome profiling of liver samples from WT and AKAP12 KO mice after inducing fibrosis resolution

Summary AKAP12 KO mice showed reduced fibrosis resolution in DDC-induced hepatic fibrosis and resolution model. To compare gene expression profile between genotypes, transcriptome was analyzed by RNA sequencing.
 
Overall design age matched, weight matched WT and AKAP12 KO mice were fed 0.1% DDC-containing diet for 3 weeks followed by normal diet for another 2 weeks. Liver transcriptome was analyzed by RNA sequencing. Three mice per genotype were applied for analysis
