Summary |
AKAP12 KO mice showed reduced fibrosis resolution in DDC-induced hepatic fibrosis and resolution model. To compare gene expression profile between genotypes, transcriptome was analyzed by RNA sequencing.

Overall design |
age matched, weight matched WT and AKAP12 KO mice were fed 0.1% DDC-containing diet for 3 weeks followed by normal diet for another 2 weeks. Liver transcriptome was analyzed by RNA sequencing. Three mice per genotype were applied for analysis
