| Summary |
We performed microarray analysis in order to evaluate the effect of ONC201 and its derivatives (ONC206 and ONC212) on gene expression in U87 glioma cells.

| Overall design |
U87 cells were treated with 200 nM of ONC201, ONC206, or ONC212 in 0.1% DMSO, or with 0.1% DMSO negative control. After 72 hours treatment, total RNA was isolated and analyzed.
