Title The cAMP inducible Coactivator CRTC3 Attenuates Brown Adipose Tissue Thermogenesis
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary CRTC3 deficiency in brown fat regulates brown fat function

Overall design 4 day differentiated primary mouse SVF cells from Brown fat of wild-type or CRTC3 BKO mice treated or not with Forskolin (FSK), which activates the hormone adenylate cyclase. This compound is added to cell culture media to activate the PKA pathway.
