Title |
Whole genome copy number profiles of FFPE samples from patients with metasatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Genome variation profiling by genome tiling array
|
Summary |
Metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) is associated with multiple somatic copy number alterations (SCNAs). We analyzed SCNAs to estimate overall survival (OS) and progression free suvival (PFS) for mCRC patients treated with bevacizumab in combination with oxaliplatin or irinotecan.

|
|
Overall design |
Genomic DNAs were purified from 154 FFPE samples for mCRC patients treated with bevacizumab plus irinotecan (FOLFIRI) or oxaliplatin (FOLFOX) and the response was analyzed by array CGH profiling.
