Title Drop-seq analysis of bleomycin-treated and control mouse lung single-cell suspensions

Summary Cell suspensions were prepared from mouse lungs dissociated at baseline or 14 days after intratracheal bleomycin injury, and single cell mRNA-seq libraries were generated with Drop-seq.
 
Overall design Drop-seq was performed on single cell suspensions from lungs of 3 bleomycin-treated and 6 control mouse mice.
