Summary The goal of this study is to screen the differential genes between Ramos and Rituximab-resistant Ramos cells, then analyze the significant pathways.
 
Overall design The total RNA of each group was pooled from 3 different passages separately. RNA-seq was performed using the proton sequencing process.
