Summary Rhabdomyosarcoma is a childhood tumor with features of aberrant muscle differentiation. We studied samples from 101 rhabdomyosarcoma patients to determine core gene expression signatures relevant in the disease.
 
Overall design 101 rhabdomyosarcoma patient samples were analyzed with the Human Exon 1.0 ST Array from Affymetrix.
