| Overall design |
HepG2 and HCT116 cells were treated for 24 hr with Melicope ptelefolia hexane leaf extract (MP-HX) at 60 µg/mL for HCT116 and 78 µg/mL. RNA was extracted and subjected to microarray whole transcriptome profiling utilizing Human Gene (HuGene) 2.0 ST array (Catalogue No. 902499, Applied Biosystem).
