Title RNA-seq Analysis of the effect of Tfcp2l1 overexpression on Human ESC maintenace
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Purpose:The goals of this study are to analyze the candidate genes motified by Tfcp2l1 overexpression to regulated the human embryonic stem cell (ESC) self-renewal through RNA-seq approach.

Overall design HES2 human ESCs transfected with Piggybac(PB) or PB-Tfcp2l1 plasmid were cultured in N2B27/10% KSR supplemented with 10 ng/ml FGF2 and 10 ng/ml Activin A for three passages and then were collected by using Trizol. These samples were sent to BGI (China) company to do deep sequencing by using BGISEQ-500.
