Title Gastric cancer samples of Mexican patients

Summary ​Cancer Gastric (CG) is a multifactorial disease with an important genetics background, per example copy number variants (CNV). Microarray data analysis were performed to identify CNV that could be contributing to those Mexican patient's clinical phenotypes
 
Overall design Affymetrix CytoScan HD arrays were performed according to the manufacturer's instructions. Copy number analysis of Cytoscan Affymetrix arrays was performed with ChAS software for 20 adult samples, 6 benign gastritis, 7 intestinal gastric cancer and 7 cancer gastric diffuse with their respective adjacent tissue.
