Series GSE119440 Query DataSets for GSE119440
Status Public on Jan 05, 2019
Title Indole signaling at the host-microbiota-pathogen interface
Organism Escherichia coli O157:H7
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary RNA seq experiment was perfomed in the presence and absence of 500uM indole

Overall design EHEC strain 86 24 was used for this study. WT and △tnaA EHEC were grown until late log phase in low gluocse DMEM in the presence and absence of 500µM indole. RNA was extracted from these samples. The experiment was conducted with three biological replicates.
