Title NRDE2 negatively regulates nuclear exosome functions II

Summary To examine whether NRDE2 can impact the competition between hMTR4 and ALYREF, we performed stranded RNA-seq to detect nuclear RNAs isolated from NRDE2 and control knockdown cells.
 
Overall design rRNA-depleted nuclear RNAs isolated from control, NRDE2 knockdown HeLa cells were generated by deep sequencing, using Illumina HiSeq X Ten.
