Overall design |
The reference sample is freshly isolated dermal papilla cells. A total of 4 conditions exist: cells cultured on 2D at passage 3 (2D); cells overexpressing Lef1 cultured on 2D at passage 3 (2D-Lef), cells cultured as 3D spheres in hanging drops at passage 3 (3D); cells overexpressing Lef1 cultured as 3D spheres in hanging drops at passage 3 (3D-Lef).
