Title RNA sequencing results of L1-FGGY+/- lung squamous cell carcinoma tumor samples
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary In order to explore pathways which were affected by L1-FGGY in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), we performed RNA sequencing on L1-FGGY+/- LUSC tumor samples. We identified 1529 (826 up and 703 down) dysregulated genes in L1-FGGY positive tissues with an adjusted p value less than 0.05. The KEGG enrichment analysis indicated that many signaling pathways were upregulated in L1-FGGY positive tissues, including glutathione metabolism, metabolism of xenobiotics by cytochrome P450, arachidonic acid metabolism, metabolic pathways, and glycerolipid metabolism, most of which were metabolic pathways, especially in lipid-related metabolism.

Overall design RNA sequencing profiles of L1-FGGY+/- LUSC tumor samples were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina NovaSeq, followed by differential expression analysis and KEGG enrichment analysis.
