Title Whole transcriptome sequencing of HOPX-depleted neonatal human keratinocytes

Summary The goal was to determine genes controlled by HOPX in differentiated human keratinocytes by comparison of HOPX-depleted vs. control keratinocyte transcriptomes
 
Overall design Primary keratinocytes were infected with non-targeting short hairpin RNA (shCTRL) or HOPX-targeting short hairpin RNA (shHOPX), then differentiated in culture for 6 days before collection of RNA and sequencing. Each control and HOPX-knockdown was performed in triplicate, for a total of 6 samples.
