Title |
Single-cell RNA sequencing reveals regulatory mechanism for trophoblast cell-fate divergence in human peri-implantation embryo |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We studied the transcriptomic dynamics underlying human per-implantation development of trophoblast cells.

|
Overall design |
We obtained human peri-implantation embryos through blastocyst to early post -implantation stages using an in vitro coculture system, and profiled transcriptome of individual trophoblast cells collected from these embryos. By systematic analysis methods, we revealed the genetic networks regulating peri-implantation trophoblast development.
