Summary We found that targeting IDH1 in HGSC induces senescence by altering the repressive histone landscape of E2F target genes
 
Overall design Ovcar3 cells were infected with control or shIDH1. Cells were selected in 3ug/mL puromycin for 7 days. RNA was isolated and RNA-seq was performed comparing control and knockdown RNA.
