Title |
Targeting IDH1 as a pro-senescent therapy in high-grade serous ovarian cancer |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We found that targeting IDH1 in HGSC induces senescence by altering the repressive histone landscape of E2F target genes

|
|
Overall design |
Ovcar3 cells were infected with control or shIDH1. Cells were selected in 3ug/mL puromycin for 7 days. RNA was isolated and RNA-seq was performed comparing control and knockdown RNA.
