Summary We identified a novel cofactor of PRC2, expressed predominantly in the gonad, that limits PRC2 enzymatic activity by impeding the interaction between the core complex and the accessory subunits.
 
Overall design We characterized gene expression changes upon CXORF67 deletion in murine spermatogonia and oocytes.
