Title H3K36 methyltransferase SETD2 regulates lymphoid and neural development [MIXCR]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Other
Summary Complete Amplicon Sequencing of a 500bp V(D)J recombination products from proB cells sorted from control and Setd2KO mice to Vh558, Vh7183 and Vhq52 variable gene familes to JH4 joining gene fragment to determine CDR3

Overall design Genomic DNA from proB cells (B220+Cd43+IgM-CD25-) sorted from control and Setd2 knockout mice were isolated and subjected to V(D)J recombination PCR using a primer for either Vh558, Vh7183, or Vhq52 gene families and JH4 gene. This 500bp PCR fragment was extracted and subjected to NGS (single 150bp read of amplicon pair)
