Title Genome-wide screen unveils the synthetic lethality targets of mitomycin C
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Other
Summary To dig out the synthetic lethality targets of mitomycin C, we we performed Genome-scale CRISPR-Cas9 knockout screening in SNU-1 with 0.1% DMSO or 0.3 µM MMC for 14 days. We found that BRCA2 is a synthetic lethality target of mitomycin C.

Overall design GeCKO Library screen in SNU-1 with vehicle or MMC for 14 days.
