Title RNAseq of prostate cancer cells (PC3 and DU145) treated with 2.5 uM pentamidine or vehicle
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To uncover the mechanism underlying the effect of pentamidine on prostate cancer cells, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to compare the transcriptional difference between pentamidine- and vehicle-treated prostate cancer cells (PC3 and DU145 cells).

Overall design mRNA profiles of PC3 and DU145 cells treated with 2.5 uM pentamidine or vehicle were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina Novaseq 6000 PE150.
