Title UV-RIP experiments of ZNFX1 in VSV infected A549 cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary UV-RIP-seq was used to identify VSV-RNA associated with endogenous ZNFX1 in VSV infected A459 cells.

Overall design UV-RIP experiment was performed using endogenous anti-ZNFX1 antibody in VSV infected A549 cells, then the total RNAs of input and co-immunoprecipitated RNAs of ZNFX1 were analyzed using Illumina Xten.
