Title EBF1 drives hallmark B cell gene expression by enabling the interaction of PAX5 with the MLL H3K4 methyltransferase complex

Summary We report RNAseq analysis of KIS-1 cells with and without doxycycline-inducible expression of the EBF1 transcription factor. We also compared untreated KIS-1 WT cells to RAJI WT cells.
 
Overall design KIS-1 cells stably transduced with either an empty vector or a vector carrying an inducible EBF1 were induced with doxycycline or left untreated.
