Summary Through an siRNA based approach, we investigated the effect of the knock-down of METTL3 and YTHDC1 on circRNAs expression in HeLa cells
 
Overall design Total RNA from HeLa cells treated either with siRNA against METTL3 (two biological replicates) and control siRNA (one biological replicate), together with total RNA from HeLa cells treated with a siRNA against YTHDC1 (two biological replicates) and control siRNA (two biological replicates), was analyzed using Illumina Novaseq6000.
