Summary |
∆pep27 diminished Dextran Sulfate Sodium-induced inflammatory effect in colonic tissue suggesting that ∆pep27 immunization reduces GUT inflammation and regulates junction proteins. Analysis of global gene expression up-and downregulated in the colonic tissue and on the basis of that altered gene expression, molecular mechanism of ∆pep27 vaccine will be expressed.

Overall design |
In this study a Pneumococcal ∆pep27 immune response is checked against Dextran Sulfate sodium murine model that mimics Inflmmatory bowel disease known to aggravate gut inflammation to check the inflammatory responses and the dynamics of host immune system interactions impact implicated in the disease.
