Summary |
Deletion of shMETTL7B significantly decreased number of colony in colony forming assay and cell number in proliferation assay for NSCLC cells in in vitro and inhibited the tumorigenesis in vivo. In order to explore the mechanism, gene expression profiles of NSCLC cells were investigated.

Overall design |
NSCLC cells were plated at 80% confluency in 6 well plate 24 hours before lentivirus infection. Two days after infection, total RNA from cells treated with METTL7B shRNA or control shRNA was extracted for microarray analysis
