Title Hippo signaling coordinates cellular quiescence with terminal maturation in iNKT cell development and fate decisions [ClariomS]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary Hippo kinases Mst1 and Mst2 act as molecular rheostats for the terminal maturation and effector differentiation programs of iNKT cells. Loss of Mst1 alone or with Mst2 impedes iNKT cell development, associated with defective IL-15-dependent cell survival

Overall design Microarray analysis of 6 Samples of WT iNKT cells from stage 1 and stage 2; 4 samples of Mst1 single KO from stage 1 and stage 2; 7 samples of WT iNKT from stage 3; 5 Samples of Mst1KO iNKT from stage 3; 2 samples of Mst1/2 double KO iNKT from stage 1 and stage 2; 1 sample of Mst1/2 double KO from stage 3 (total n = 25)
