Title Analysis of DDX39 and DDX56 interacting proteins

Summary DDX39 and DDX56 recombinant proteins were assayed using commercial protein microarrays in order to detect potential interaction partners.
 
Overall design V5-tagged DD39, DDX56 and GFP (negative control) were purified from HEK293T cells and incubated separately on microarrays (ProtoArray v5.1, Invitrogen) containing more than 9000 unique proteins arrayed in duplicates under native conditions to maximize functionality and to allow native interactions.
