Title Genome-Wide CRISPR Screens for Toxoplasma Gondii Genes Related to Artemisinin Susceptibility
Organisms Toxoplasma gondii; synthetic construct
Experiment type Other
Summary We used CRISPR to generate pools of T. gondii mutants in the presence of dihydroartemisinin to identify genes that confer increased or decreased sensitivity to this drug.

Overall design We performed three screens in which we looked for mutations that decrease susceptibility to DHA and one screen in which we looked for mutations that increase susceptibility.
