Title Study the differential gene expression of C57/BL6 Mouse tumors treated with EZH2 inhibitor GSK343 II
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The study evaluated the differential gene expression in control Antibody or Ant-CXCL10 antibody injected mouse when compared to EZH2 inhibitor GSK343 treated mice tumors Briefly, control Antibody or Ant-CXCL10 antibody injected C57BL/6 mouse were treated with or without GSK343were analyzed for RNA-seq

Overall design Total RNA was extracted from C57/BL6 mouse tumors, followed by poly-A selection and RNA-sequencing using Illumina Hi-Seq 2500 platform, with three biological replicates for each transformed sample.
