Title In vivo CRISPR screening reveals nutrient signaling processes underpinning CD8+ T cell fate decisions [Pofut1 ATAC-seq]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The role of nutrient signaling processes in the fate decision of CD8 are incompletely understood. By performing in vivo pooled CRISPR-Cas9 screening, we uncovered nutrient signaling processes underpinning the dynamics and heterogeneity of CD8 T cell fate decisions.

Overall design We used ATAC seq to compare chromatin accessibility profiles of Pofut1 KO and Spike P14 cells from the dual-color transfer system at day 5 post-infection from spleen
