Title Effect of the deletion of the lncRNA Neat1 on the rhythmic gene expression in the GH4C1 cell line
Organism Rattus norvegicus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The goal of this study was to determine the effect of the deletion of the lncRNA Neat1 on the rhythmic gene expression in the GH4C1 cell line

Overall design GH4C1 sommatolactotroph pituitary cells (ATCC_ CCL-82.2™, Molsheim, France) were grown in HamF10 medium supplemented with 15% horse serum and 2% fetal calf serum. To synchronize cells between themselves, GH4C1 cells were transferred to fresh medium. Cells were harvested after this fresh medium replacement (T0) every 4 h from T10 to T34. At each time point, total RNA was prepared, and RNA was isolated using NucleoSpin®RNA XS (Macherey-Nagel).
