Summary The study evaluated the modulation of gene expression in SK-MEL-147 cell lines using different epegenetic modulator.
 
Overall design Total RNA was extracted from SK-MEL-147 cell after treatment with different epigenetic modulators, followed by poly-A selection and RNA-sequencing using Illumina Hi-Seq 2500 platform, with three biological replicates for each treated sample.
