Title |
RNA-seq of detecting the effect of CDK4&6 inhibitor Abemaciclib and VSV-M51 in glioma |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The RNA-seq data provided evidence that CDK4&6 inhibitor Abemaciclib and VSV-M51 increase the oncolytic effect in glioma

|
Overall design |
Setting three groups, control, VSV-M51, CDK4&6 inhibitor Abemaciclib and VSV-M51. CDK4&6 inhibitor Abemaciclib pretreat the T98 human glioma cells, then using the VSV-M51 oncolytic virus infect the T98 cells for 24 hours. Collected the three groups cells by trizol.
