Title Expression data from knockdown of EIF3C in TE-1 cells

Summary Eukaryotic initiation factor 3c,one of the important subunits of eIF3 that is the largest mammalian scaffolding initiation factor.
We used microarray analysis to identify the genes that are regulated by EIF3C in TE-1 cells.
 
Overall design EIF3C expression was stably knocked-down in TE-1 cells. RNA from this clone and parental (control) cells were purified for microarray analysis.
